How long until my order arrives?
Every tee is printed specifically for you after you order, so there are two stages. Allow up to 10 business days for printing, then delivery on top: typically a few business days in the UK, 1–2 weeks to the EU, and 1–3 weeks to the US and rest of world. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way. Full details on our shipping policy page.
Why does it take longer than other shops?
Because nothing is made in advance. Printing to order means no warehouse full of unsold shirts and no dead stock going to landfill — the trade-off is a few extra days up front.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout for your country.
Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
XS through 2XL, unisex fit. Full measurements are on our size guide.
What shirt do you print on?
The Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex jersey tee — 100% ringspun cotton, regular fit, true to size.
What if I order the wrong size?
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering — and if you're unsure, ask us first.
Returns & problems
Something's wrong with my order — what now?
We'll sort you out with a free replacement or a full refund if your item arrives damaged or defective, if you received the wrong item, size or colour, or if your order goes missing in transit. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Can I return something I just didn't like?
Unfortunately not — printed-to-order items can't be resold, so we can't take them back for change of mind. Our full refund policy covers exactly what is and isn't included.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Get in touch as fast as you can. If it hasn't gone into production yet we'll do what we can, but once printing has started we can't stop it.
Designs
Can I suggest a design?
Please do. Send us your idea on the Design a Tee page — if we make it, your name goes on it.
What if you've used someone else's work?
If you created something you think one of our designs is based on, get in touch and we'll take it down straight away — no argument.
