Refund policy
Every item at No Reason Tees is printed specifically for you when you order it — nothing is made in advance. Because of this, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or simply not liking the design once it arrives. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
What we will fix
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item, size, or color
- Your order is lost in transit and doesn't arrive within a reasonable time
How to report an issue
Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue (for damaged/defective/wrong items). We'll sort out a replacement or refund from there.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
